「はだしのゲン」

ドイツからメールが来ました。ドイツで「はだしのゲン」のラジオ劇が３局のラジオ局で放送されました。ラジオの聴衆の反応は肯定的でした。またジュッセルドルフでは「はだしのゲン」の演劇を８回上演しました。他の都市でも上演を希望する申し出があります。演劇は上出来で、マスコミにも好評でした。中岡一家の登場人物は等身大の人形です。原子爆弾の「リトルボーイ」と「ファットマン」も擬人化されました。観客はこの物語にとても感動しました。

“Barefoot Gen” Radio and Theater in Germany

The radio-play was broadcasted three times on different radio-stations in Germany. The audience reaction was very positive. The theatre-play was staged eight times in Dusseldorf, Germany and some other cities in Germany offer to play it. The play was very successful, and received a favorable review from the media. The Nakaokas were human-sized puppets, and the atomic bombs “Little Boy” and “Fat Man” were personalized, too. The audience was very touched by the story.
